- 500 g prawns peeled and deveined
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp rice flour
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 lemon cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 240 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the prawns with the coriander powder, cornstarch, rice flour, salt, butter, pepper powder, and red chili powder until well coated.
- Arrange the prawns in a single layer on the prepared baking tray and bake for 40 minutes or until golden and crisp.
- Transfer the prawns to a serving platter and squeeze some lemon juice over them.
