Tasty Spicy Grilled Succulent Prawn Recipe Using OTG/Oven

This recipe is for the ones who love to eat prawns in various ways. Succulent prawn is an easy dish to make and is one of my favorites as well. The dish can be a party starter or even an entrée.

For this one, it would always be me preparing it. As everyone at my place loves seafood, therefore they really enjoy having this, any time you give them. In the same way, you will also be able to make it whenever you are urging to have something healthy and yummy.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g prawns peeled and deveined
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tsp rice flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 240 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, toss the prawns with the coriander powder, cornstarch, rice flour, salt, butter, pepper powder, and red chili powder until well coated.
  • Arrange the prawns in a single layer on the prepared baking tray and bake for 40 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  • Transfer the prawns to a serving platter and squeeze some lemon juice over them.
