Potato, Carrot, Peas & Cauliflower
Turmeric Powder & Kashmiri Red Chili
Unsalted Butter & Oil
Cumin Seeds, Onion
Green Chili, Ginger Garlic Paste, Tomato
Pav Bhaji Masala
In a pressure cooker take potatoes, green peas, cauliflower & carrot. Add salt, turmeric & red chili powder to it. Now add two cups of water.
Take veggies in cooker
Cook the veggies in a medium flame until 4-5 whistles. Once done, mash the veggies and keep them aside.
In a cast-iron pan, melt unsalted butter. Add oil & cumin seeds. Sauté the spices. Now add onions and cook over high heat until they are golden brown.

Now add green chilies and ginger garlic paste. Mix the paste well with the previously added onions and chilies.
Prepare the paste
Now add tomatoes and saute them well. Season with salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and pav bhaji masala powder. Cook everything well for 3 minutes.
Now add the mashed vegetables. Mix the masalas and the veggies well. Mix in 1/2 cup hot water thoroughly. At last sprinkle coriander leaves on it.

Now, Grease a pan and place the pav buns on it. Your Pav bhaji is ready. Squeeze lemon on the bhaji masala & add a butter cube to it. Serve it hot with onions & lemons.
